Return Policy

At Foxtella Accessories, we maintain a strict no-return policy except in cases where the product is damaged.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged Product: The product is received in a damaged condition.
  2. Video Proof Required: A clear unboxing video must be submitted showing the sealed package being opened and the damage clearly visible.
 

Timeframe for Return Requests

  • The unboxing video and return request must be submitted within 12 hours of product delivery.
  • Requests made after this timeframe will not be considered.
 
How to Request a Return
  1. Email our customer service team at foxtellaaccessories@gmail.com with:
  • Your Order ID.
  • The unboxing video showing the damaged product.
  1. Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 72 hours.
 
Approval Process
  • Returns will only be approved upon evaluation and confirmation by our customer service team.
  • Approved returns will either be replaced or refunded as per the customer’s preference.

 

Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved, instructions will be shared for sending the product back to our warehouse.
  • The shipping cost for approved cases will be borne by Customer.
 
Refund or Replacement
  • Replacement: A replacement product will be dispatched for approved returns.
  • Refund: If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
 
Important Notes
  • Returns will not be entertained without valid video evidence or beyond the specified timeframe.
  • Ensure proper handling during unboxing to avoid misunderstandings.

 

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable for approved return cases under the following conditions:

  • Refund Timeframe:
  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • COD Orders: Refunds are issued via bank transfer.
  • Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping fees and COD charges are non-refundable.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellation:
  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our support team.
  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Post-Dispatch Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. However, you can refuse delivery or initiate a return (if eligible) after receipt.
